Style Revival: Dr. Martens

On behalf of this 90s revival post, I will continue to use 90s lingo throughout to prove to you all how serious I am about reviving 90s grunge.  Aiight?
Recently, I have been completely and utterly obsessed with 90s grunge. Compared to some of the horrendous trends of the 2000s (crocs, anyone?), it's basically all that and a bag of chips. While most consider the grunge "movement" to be a rather dark time in fashion history, I find it to be quite intriguing. I mean, what's not to love about angsty teens stomping around in large boots and band tees with flannels wrapped around their waists? IT'S THE BOMB.
I've decided I really want to purchase a pair of Dr. Martens. And so here commences my attempt to bring back 90s grunge! BOO YA! Although I have yet to decide what pair I want (there are so many patterns), I really am enjoying the black and white ones I have pictured above. The remind me a lot of "Beetlejuice", which, by the way, is totally off the heasy.
I know there are still a lot of people out there that will most likely despise my attempt to bring back 90s grunge, but hey, quit icing my grill. No need to get salty. You by no means need to join me in my revival plan. We all have our opinions and if you choose not to agree with mine at all, it's totally fine.

What's your opinion on 90's grunge? Should we leave it in the past or completely revive it? Let me know below!

Peace out, homeslices.
